From the smart garden and parking bay you will head up to the main entrance and uppel level of the villa. On the left is the muster bedroom with douple bed and (full bath) ensuite bathroom, screened shower +w.c. + large modern wash basin.
This superb bedroom has private veranda offering studding views down to the sea and the lower grounds of the villa area.
On this same level to the right is a second double bedroom with ensuite step-in shower room, w.c. + washbasin from this veranda are views of the villa pool, just below from this uppel level are external steps leading down to the poolside area. An inner stairway leads down to an open plan kitchen and on this levelalso is the laundry room.
To the right of the stairway is the living/dining area with a veranda witch overlooks the pooside.
Also on this mainlevel is a twin bedded room with ensuite shower room with screen for the shower, w.c. + washbasin. The pool side level of the villa has neat gardens and a lawned area and is carfully lit with wall lamps for amazing cool evenings spent around the pool with friends, for a BBQ.
