From the parking area, where there is a smart garden and lawned section is the main entrance of the villa.
On this level is one of the double bedrooms with ensuite (full bath) with glass screened shower, w.c. + large wash basin. From this room the private veranda overlooks the rural, countryside to the rear of the villa and also has front/side views of the sea.
Inner stairs lead down to the compact, fully fitted kitchen and open plan living/dining area with fireplace and comfortable leather look suite.
Leading off from the lounge is the 2nd double bedden room with ensuite ½ bath/ screened shower area, w.c.+ wash basin. From this level, large … windows open out onto the foolside veranda, where there is a shared pergola.
The final set of inner stairs then lead from the middle level of the villa down to the third twin bedded room with ensuite bathroom, with screened walk –in shower + w.c. +washbasin.
